Editors & admins sign in by email + password on the web.
Reporters sign in by OTP on the mobile app — no password. E.164 (+91…) or a 10-digit Indian mobile.
Required for editors and reporters (hold Ctrl/Cmd to pick several). Admins are global. Pick a reporter's constituencies, or an editor's regions (they oversee everything beneath).
A Sub-editor heads one Desk (district, e.g. Hyderabad) and sees only that Desk's constituencies. An Editor covers the whole state. Pick the matching region(s) above.
How many submissions per day before the reporter is rate-limited.
